ICGL is a biennial meeting, held every two years since 1993, that focuses on all aspects of the linguistic study and analysis of Greek, from Ancient up through Modern Greek, though with greater emphasis on the later stages of the language.
The 14th International Conference on Greek Linguistics (ICGL14), the largest conference on the study of the Greek language, will take place in Patras from 5 to 8 September 2019 with the support of the "ATHENA" Research Center. The conference is attended by 400 scientists from 100 Universities and 26 countries presenting more than 200 papers.
